Q. Do you have a minimum order?

A. Yes, we do have a minimum order of $125 inc travel.

Q. Do you supply a supervisor for events?

A. Yes we can at an additional hourly rate.

Q. Do you charge a travel fee?

A. Free travel is included within 30 kms of 5244. Please contact us for a quote.

Q. Is your equipment clean?

A. Yes, all of our equipment is cleaned and sanitised after each use.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes, we carry $10,000,000 public liability insurance.

Q. What days are included in your hires?

A. Weekend hire includes Friday to 5pm Sunday and weekdays are Monday to Friday.

Q. Can I hire just for the day?

A. Yes that’s no problem at all. The price doesn’t change from the weekend hire cost.

Q. Do you have police clearances?

A. Yes all of us here at Ballpits and More have working with children clearances.

Q. Is your equipment suitable for corporate events?

A. It sure is. We cater to all events.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

A.Yes, a $50 non refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

Q. Do we need to set up indoors?

A. Undercover is ideal, that way your party can go ahead rain, hail or shine. Outdoors is fine as long as the weather is clear.

Q. Do you have a wet weather policy?

A. We do reserve the right to cancel a booking due to severe weather, but we will work with you to try and find an alternate solution to ensure your party can go ahead safely.
